[Like everyone else, Kushina is confused by the crap ton of new arrivals and their lack of wings. Only she's going to question the whole network about it instead of keeping it to herself. Maybe someone will know the answer.

I have a question. Why don't any of the new arrivals in Luceti have wings this month? I thought you needed them to be here.

[Silence... for a while, until there's a plucking/ripping sound and immediately afterward a loud;]

No kidding. I wonder if this another dumb experiment. They didn't even do it to us though, they just didn't give wings to a bunch of new arrivals. I guess it's nice for them... I mean, I was pretty weirded out that I suddenly had these bright yellow things on my back. It's hard enough just suddenly appearing here without your clothes on.

Mm, I know what you mean. It was pretty surprising for me too.

The fact it could be an experiment does sound possible but don't those usually happen to most people including newcomers?

That's what I'm talking about, ya know! Why just those people? Unless they're also testing how annoyed we would be that they didn't get the wings this time. That's working, too.

Yeah, it doesn't make much sense at all— maybe it's only a temporary thing for them if it was a mistake.

That's sort of unfair to the newcomers then, isn't it? They're led to believe they don't need wings and then someone just decides to put them on anyway.

I guess the only way to know for sure is asking the newer arrivals about it.

Yeah, but how would you ask that sort of thing? Just go up to someone and ask if their wings are invisible?

Well you did ask about it over the journals, so I'm sure they'd mention that if it was otherwise.

They're not really that heavy.

They're sort of sore though, when you first get here. I guess you could think just your back hurts. [She did because she just had a claw in her stomach.] It's when you find some normal clothes and try an put them on is the real problem. They get in the way all the time.

That is true— well they would notice our wings so maybe it'd make them more conscious of theirs if they do have them.
