[Like everyone else, Kushina is confused by the crap ton of new arrivals and their lack of wings. Only she's going to question the whole network about it instead of keeping it to herself. Maybe someone will know the answer.

I have a question. Why don't any of the new arrivals in Luceti have wings this month? I thought you needed them to be here.

Someone mentioned that whoever puts the wings on might have run out of wings to actually use, like some shortage. You arrived at a good time. I wish I didn't have these stupid things.
[Dumbest thing to happen. But not impossible, considering this place.]
They're there for just being there, I guess. Getting in the way. A while ago, they grew big enough that we could fly with them for a bit but then they shrunk again. They're also connected to your health. That's what everyone says. And that's why pulling out my feathers made me shout.
You don't have to worry about that though.
