Yeah. Not properly, though. We haven't really had anything happen here where a lot of chakra's needed so I haven't really noticed it I guess, but everyone that's been here before us says we can't use all of it here. Or there's less? I dunno.

Back when I was teaching you about seals, I could sort of feel something different. I thought it was just because I had to get used to having chakra again. It was right after everything went back to normal.

I wonder if it's because of the wings or another stupid Malnosso test.

I don't know any seals to counteract a barrier and I'm not even sure it would work, if I don't have all of my chakra.

I hate not being able to do anything.

Back home? Me and Octopops were able to smash through these really strong barriers, but I can't use the nine tails chakra the same here as I can there.
